Habits either make or break us. Depending on the goal one aspires and the outcome that one desires it is important to identify and align the right habits and let go of the unwanted habits to create a higher possibility of achieving the Goals effortlessly. E.g. If the goal is weight loss one will have to let go of the habit of eating junk food regularly and develop the habit of right healthy eating.
